With passion and a bit of professional recklessness, ALAI cider was born in 2013 when 3 friends decided to try fermenting apples instead of grapes. As winemakers and farmers, making cider started as a new adventure and quickly became a life project. Using 50 years old apple orchards located in the Andes mountain range, at 800m above sea level, Laurence and Andrea know how to craft the best cider.
They believe that cider is a true product of the terroir. Its appearance, its fragrance and taste are all reflections of the land where their orchard grow.
