This Pinot vineyard is located in a high elevation vineyards in San Pablo, Tunuyán – Uco Valley at the foothills of the Andes mountains. Mineral and vertical, subtle red fruit notes typical of the variety are present. The profile is clearly defined by the terroir, elegant and expressive red fruit aromas and stony minerality. The palate is precise, with vibrant acidity, fine tannins, and a linear structure. The finish is long, dry, and persistent, marked by saline and earthy notes that reflect the calcareous soils of San Pablo.

Aging for 18 months in a historic foudre from 1942, contributing depth and complexity while maintaining elegance. Bottled with light filtration and no clarification, retaining its full character.
