Sierras de Bellavista · San Fernando, Colchagua Andes, Chile
A mountain Chardonnay with a sober, elegant profile, showing notes of pear, candied lemon, yellow apple, and dried flowers, joined by a subtle imprint of nuts and gentle spices. On the palate it combines tension and volume, with an enveloping texture, firm acidity, and a long, deep, very clean finish.

Vinification
Hand-harvested, in a single day, this Chardonnay was picked into 22-pound bins to safeguard fruit quality. The clusters were pressed as whole clusters, seeking a delicate, precise extraction. Once settled, it was moved to French oak barrels of several uses, where it fermented with native yeasts. The wine was then aged for one year in used French oak barrels, adding texture and depth without losing freshness or expression of origin.
