Soave Le Bine de Costiola
Tamellini · Soave, Italy
This 100% Garganega is celebrated for its purity and vibrant tension. Vinified entirely in stainless steel, it is a crisp, textural, and highly aromatic expression of the grape. Silky yet buzzing with zesty energy. Flavors of tart stone fruit, pear, and lemon rind are perfectly balanced by bright acidity and a lingering, salty-mineral finish.

Vinification
Hand-harvested grapes are collected in small bins and transferred to a cold room (2–3°C )to preserve freshness and primary fruit aromas.
Whole-cluster pressing is carried out under nitrogen to prevent oxidation. The must is settled naturally before fermentation in stainless steel tanks at low temperature. No malolactic fermentation is performed.
Following alcoholic fermentation, the wine remains on its fine lees with regular bâtonnage extended through August, followed by an additional year of bottle aging prior to release.
