Blau Cru is Celler Pardas’ single-varietal expression of Malvasia de Sitges, an ancient Mediterranean grape historically rooted along the Catalan coast. Planted inland at Can Comas beginning in 1996, the variety brings a striking contrast to the estate’s mineral-driven Xarel·lo wines offering intense salinity, vibrant acidity, and an expressive aromatic profile marked by lush fruit and Mediterranean character.

100% hand-harvested fruit. Grapes are lightly crushed and destemmed before fermentation in stainless steel tanks at low temperature over 20 days. Native yeast fermentation. The wine is aged on its lees in stainless steel for 9 months. Unfined, unfiltered.
